Founders Chris & Rob had an adventurous youth in Australia’s vast expanse, cycling, hiking, climbing, and exploring the deserts. They couldn’t find a suitable phone holder or case they felt was good enough, so they decided to make their own. After a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2011, the first Quad Lock for iPhone was launched.
Cyclists immediately took to it, and Quad Lock’s fame rapidly spread around the world. The range quickly expanded to include more phones and device types. The next logical step was to produce mounts for more activities, and Quad Lock gradually expanded to become what it is today.
